Job Summary: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Housekeeping professionals committed to delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions for our guests. As a Housekeeping Attendant, your daily responsibilities will be assigned by Supervisors while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Your role involves various vital duties, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor, ensuring precise entry in the key log book.
- Execute cleaning tasks in rooms and bathrooms, encompassing a variety of duties.
- Maintain clear fire exits and stairways.
- Promptly identify and report any maintenance requirements.
- Eliminate litter from corridors and pathways.
- Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and polish furniture, empty ashtrays, and dispose of wastebaskets.
- Make beds, clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors, and polish brass and metal surfaces.
- Replenish bathroom and room supplies.
- Neatly organize and arrange guest toiletries on vanity tops and conduct spot cleaning of carpets when necessary.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas.
- Remove Room Service trays and trolleys from guestrooms and corridors.
- Coordinate with valet service to handle guests’ laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing requests.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates should ideally have vocational training in hotel Housekeeping. Proficiency in English is advantageous.
