Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
Bell Boy:
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and provide assistance with their luggage.
- Accompany guests to their rooms and offer information about hotel amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
Housekeeping Supervisor:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department.
- Delegate tasks to housekeeping staff and ensure their efficient completion.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Provide training to staff.
- Address guest concerns promptly and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Senior Sales Manager:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance revenue generation and meet objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for business growth.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
